paagis oli u. 25l, lasin paagi täis (süüde oli sees) panin mootori käima ja seier näitas ikka 25l. sõisin siis need 25l ära ja nüüd seier nullis ka pärast tankimist. ujuk? aku juhe maha 15min?

If you have the Bentley manual, it has a pretty good section on testing the pump, senders, and siphon pump. Basically...
The tank is under the rear seat. Pull the seat and then look for circular areas cut into the foam under it at each side. Peel that away at the cut marks. There's a screw-on type access hatch at each side with a plug that sits in the center.
To test the senders, pull that plug and measure the resistance across the terminals for the sender on that side. If you look at the plug once you have it off, the white/blue wire is +12 to the pump and the brown is ground to the pump. The other two terminals are those for the sender. You want to measure the resistance across the corresponding mated pins for the sender on the socket where the plug fits. Empty the resistance should be 50-70 Ohms. Full, it should be 401-415 Ohms. The values should be about the same between the two sides.
Not too bad to replace other than having to deal with the gas. You might want to go ahead and do the pumps while you're there so you don't have to mess around with it again. I'd suggest that you get the Bentley book - as I said it has a good section on all of this.
Tricks beyond what's covered:
- Obviously, be very careful working around the gas.
- You'll want less than 1/4 tank (or less) to make it easier to work. I've never been able to get a tube down so that I could get a siphon going through the filler neck, so plan to siphon from the open hatch or, better idea, just run it down to below 1/8 of a tank before starting. A transfer pump (one safe for gas) makes it a lot easier if you do have to remove fuel.
- You can use large slip-joint pliers to open the screw-on hatch. Spread the jaws and set them against the small raised areas around the hatch, then use the handles as levers to twist it open/closed. Torque is about 25 ft. lbs., so not too tough.
- Pay attention to how the pump is aligned in the housing and how the sender is positioned. The pickup for the pump and the sender need to fit in a certain way, or they won't go back in exactly right and the sender may hang up and not report the right level. You'll need to turn the assembly some to get it out since the mount for the sender is a little too tall. It's spring loaded and needs to be compressed some and turned to come out. It won't come flying out or anything. You'll see when you get there. Just need to manipulate things some to get them turned the right way to come out.
- The pump(s) will come with a new rubber gasket for the hatch. Going back on, fit it inside the hole first versus trying to put it on the hatch.
