The reason I am here, is pretty straight forward : I want to buy a car from Estonia and bring it back to Bulgaria and I would be very grateful if you guys can help me.

Has anyone seen this car in person and if so what are your thoughts?
I talked to the seller, he seems like a nice guy, he told me the car was imported from Germany in 2017 and he is the second owner in Estonia, he's been driving it for year and a half : zero problems, only serviced in the local BMW shop.
- What is necessary to buy a car from Estonia and export it?
Apart from the money of course.
- How do you close the deal, by contract between both sides or we need to go to the local notary office? What would be the cost of it?
- What would be the cost of export plates and assurance?
- Any taxes I am supposed to pay?
Anything else regarding the buying process will be appreciated.
