Hello everyone,

First of all, I apologize for writing in English. I'm new to Estonia and I own a 2008 model e61. I want to get information on some subjects that I do not know and I think I can find the most accurate information here.

What happens if the vehicle does not have a spare tire during the technical inspection?

Is it okay if the tire dimensions differ from the factory data during the technical inspection? Also, the car has flanges and the wheels are offset.

Where can I find a spare wheel set for my car?

Where should I buy the first aid kit and fire extinguisher?

They don't usually check if you have a spare tire or not, but you need to have two wheel chocks.

As long as the wheels don't poke out too much and you have all the wheel bolts, you don't have to worry about the spacers.

If your tires are fine and not ridiculously oversized, nobody usually checks if they're within factory specified dimensions or not.

You can get the first aid kit and a fire extinguisher from every supermarket or a parts shop.

No, you cant passs MOT with spacers if they see it..UNLESS you have certs.

My car does not belong to the company. Just on me. So, if I don't have a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit, will the car pass technical inspection?

if private car:

fire extinguisher - mandatory, also that needs to be not older than 10 years, also needs to have yearly verification (valid date on it)
first aid kit - optional, not needed inspection perspective

Yeah, you will pass MOT without them. So dont worry about those. But it`s good to have them both, whenever you need them.

Safety shoes for people are like the ones above. Safety shoes for cars are like Ledbeam posted but they are more known as chocks, not safety shoes. Could have asked better. If you take one sentance out of the content and translate it, then these things will happen.

I took my car for technical inspection and I couldn't get approval because of the problem in the photo I attached. Where can I find this part and where can I get it done? Thanks in advance for your help.
